We offer professional maintenance for all tenants. Through our online system, tenants can place work orders that also alert the property owner. We communicate directly through the system and address tickets as quickly as possible. We will always prioritize emergency items.
OUR PRICING
Management Fees
Our property management fees are a monthly percentage of rent collected each month. If your property isn't occupied, no management fees are collected which means our goals are in line with yours. All proceeds are distributed at the end of the month.
Maintenance Fees Contracts
We have a team of highly trained maintenance personnel to assist with each work order. We offer competitive pricing to other management firms and strive to complete work professionally and efficiently. Maintenance fees are billed on a monthly basis and you will always be notified of work orders, progress and completion with details and photos.
Leasing Fees
When your property is rent-ready, our leasing team will prepare and market your property for qualified tenants. Once a tenant is placed, the leasing fee will be charged equal to one months rent. You will never be charged a leasing fee until a tenant is approved, lease signed, and first months rent and security deposit collected.
